Rick Huber has been an advocate for people with disabilities for over twenty five years. Being a person with lived experience of mental health disorders, has lead to being active as a member of the Idaho State Planning Council on Behavioral Health among several other councils and governing boards, including the Idaho State Independent Living Council.

Mark worked 34 years for the Pocatello and Butte County school districts as a teacher, coach, vice-principal and principal. He then worked for 2 state disability agencies, advocating for kids and parents.

Carol has a passion for assisting individuals in becoming independent in their lives. She retired in 2020 from a 30 year career working with individuals with disabilities for the Idaho Industrial Commission and most recently for the Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Her education includes a Master of Education, Counseling and Human Services, University of Idaho, and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certification.

James works at Portneuf Medical Center as a physician liaison where he have the opportunity to connect medical providers with each other and other individuals in the community seeking care. He has worked in healthcare for over 10 years and enjoy helping others in their healthcare journey. He is married and has 4 children who keep them very busy! He grew up here in Eastern Idaho and love recreating and giving back to our community.

Kelley is a retired Audiologist, joined the LIFE board in 2023. “I use a wheelchair as a result of MS, but I see this as a gift, because the challenges that come with disability have opened unique opportunities.” She makes the most of living in beautiful Idaho by exploring the outdoors with her husband in their UTV.
